About Me

Skyler Christensen studied Theatrical Design and Technology at the University of Central Oklahoma. Although Skylers' primary trade is costume construction and wardrobe supervision, he has had training in all areas of the theatre. After multiple years of working with costumes, Skyler decided he wanted a bit more of a challenge. Thus, he began training as a Stage Manager. Prior to becoming a Stage Manager, Skyler had extensive training in Costuming, Lighting, Sound and Scenic concepts and practices. Having this educational training throughout the theatre helped lay the groundwork for Skyler to succeed as a Stage Manager and Wardrobe Supervisor. Skyler previously worked as a member of the Stage Crew for Mitchell Hall Theatre on campus at UCO, where the university produces productions varying from Theatre productions, Musicals, Opera, as well as Choir, Orchestral and Dance concerts. Prior to working as Stage Crew for UCO, Skyler was working in the University Costume Shop as a Wardrobe Supervisor and First Hand. Most recently, Skyler has been working for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. as a Wardrobe Supervisor. He has been working aboard cruise ships since July 2023.
